Please kindly review our policies and salon information below before booking an appointment. By booking with LUX, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our policy.
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking for each hair treatment. All booking deposits are Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable as per cancellation policy. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill and the remaining balance will be due after your appointment. Without a deposit no appointment is confirmed.
To guarantee availability please book your appointment in advance. We do our very best to fit everyone in where we can but sometimes this is not possible.
There is a 10-15 minute grace period for being late. More than 15 minutes late and we will have to adapt your treatment or cancel your appointment. Any deposits made will be forefited and a new deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. We are very understanding and know that things pop up but we ask you to let us know as soon possible if you are going to be late.
NO SHOW POLICY
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee, if you don’t show to your appointment that has been made you will be required to pay 50% of your next appointment upon booking and run the risk of being charged the full amount of your no show appointment. After a no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You will receive a email and text with a reminder of your appointment date and time on before your appointment. We understand that emergencies come up but unfortunately we cannot allow any exceptions. Cancellations under 48 hours will require a 50% of service payment. If this has not been paid you will be unable to make a new appointment.
Our staff ensure that all clients have a patch test atleast 48hours before any chemical service. Failing to do so will mean that we are unable to carry out your treatment.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to any hair colour in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment.
After every booking, you will receive confirmation emails and text reminders. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number, and other contact information on file. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any cancellation fees.
